Henry & Blake Catering  is a Full-Service Catering company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  We specialize in Caribbean inspired dining experiences, and buffet display. By blending the  rich culinary heritage of Jamaica with global culinary influences., and a focus on premium  ingredients,  presentation and culinary creativity we create elevated buffet, buffet displays and solutions for our clients who require elegance and functionality.

Our story begins with our head chef Henry, who grew up on the Island of Jamaica  and didn't know it at the time but what was a regular chore of cooking would turn into the driving force behind Henry & Blake Catering.  Her culinary vision, creativity and a deep love for authentic flavors , have transformed Henry & Blake Catering from a food vendor at Caribana Carnival to a Full-Service Catering Company with a team of 10 culinary professionals.  Our menu is a reflection of our global influences by infusing Caribbean  flavour in every dish we create to  bring an elevated dining experience.   From the  first consultation to the final detail, Chef Henry and  her culinary team delivers a seamless exclusive culinary journey .  From lavish celebrations, corporate events, or intimate occasions every detail is thoughtfully designed around the client , the finest available ingredients and the occasion.
